We reverse engineer worn, obsolete, and hard-to-source parts, then verify the CAD model through 3D scanning, material review, and engineering analysis before anything is manufactured.
Step-by-Step Production
Four Steps to Production
01
Component Scanning & Analysis
Send photos, drawings, a CAD file, or the physical part. We capture the geometry with 3D scanning and measurement, then rebuild it as a CAD model.
02
Material & Load Evaluation
We evaluate chemical exposure, thermal thresholds, and mechanical stress to select optimal fiber-reinforced polymers for the application.
03
Industrial Additive Printing
Parts are printed with industrial FFF in industrial-grade engineering composites such as PA-CF, PPA-CF, PP-CF, and PPS-CF, with the material selected to suit the application.
04
Verification & Final Inspection
Printed parts undergo dimensional verification with digital calipers and test fitting before final dispatch to your facility.
Honest Technical Review
Free Candidate Part Review
Send a few photos, drawings, or a CAD file, or describe the part. The first evaluation is free. We review the geometry, operating conditions, and loads to tell you whether the part is a good fit for industrial additive manufacturing or machining before you invest anything.
